I would not recommend this salon for naturals or anyone who is expecting the appointment time to be kept. Pros: The owner is nice and “down to earth”, and the service prices are good. My feedback to the salon: 1) Do not accept appointments if you are double/triple booked or if you’re servicing clients whose styles take multiple HOURS. It’s disrespectful the clients waiting on service. People can always make more money, but not TIME. 2) Research how to detangle natural hair. Edited review - 1 star. So Tarji (the one who did my box braids in the original review) no longer works here, Takeya is never anything but rude, and Ms. Delores, bless her heart, cannot do anything modern. The first photo is what I showed her I wanted, the second is how my hair turned out. I didn't notice how bad it looked until I REALLY looked. And she scrubbed my scalp to the point of redness/bleeding and STILL missed half the flakes. So I will be finding another salon since clearly there is no one here that can do my hair... read more
This is the most wonderful hair salon. Myself,my mom and my sister have been going to this salon for years. Always a professional atmosphere. The service is spectacular. Me and my family will continue to seek the wonderful service that is always provided.
Mrs. Knight is the best. She listened to make certain I was completely satisfied.
