I had the best experience at Hair Chateau! I’ve been looking for a hairdresser closer to me (new haven area), because my go-to Korean hair salon was in New Jersey and I couldn’t justify the trip due to covid. I have been a loyal customer at Hair Chateau for over 17 years, bringing not only my family but also friends who I recommended. Given this long history, you can imagine my profound disappointment and sadness when I recently experienced a distressing situation at the salon. I brought my 12-year-old daughter in for highlights.
