Super unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I usually don’t write reviews or try to bash businesses especially small privately owned ones but in this situation a review is necessary. I had an appointment for 4 PM today with Lana, it would’ve been our first time there. I message her at 358 to let her know we would still be there but we were stuck in the school zone right next to it (literally less than 2 minutes away).
