When I called to book an appointment for both a man’s and a woman’s haircut, I was initially informed that the barber was available at 1:45 PM for a men’s haircut, but the stylist for women’s hair would only be free after 4:30 PM. Since we preferred to come together, I mentioned that a separate timing wouldn’t work for us. I’m always nervous about cutting too much off, but my stylist really took the time to listen and made sure I was comfortable before making any big changes. The result was exactly what I wanted just enough of a refresh without going too short. The whole experience was great, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Salon! This was our first visit to this salon, and it will definitely be our last. I had confirmed an appointment for both my wife and me, but it turned out to be a complete false commitment over the phone. My wife was left waiting for 1.5 hours without any attention, and no one even had the courtesy to apologize for the awful service. I visited this hair salon first time in 2023 since then i love this salon they never disappoint i moved to brantford but still i visit here because i dont trust anyone else for my hairs.
