We never had to respond to public humiliation,however you cannot please everyone with ill intent and malice. I strongly do not recommend this company!!!!!!!!! I ordered hair despite the over the top shipping and handling fees the hair arrived damp and with a strong odor of ammonia as if it had been permed and of course no certificate of authenticity when I contacted the owners I was told there was a problem with the shipment and they thought they had pulled all of the damaged product but obviously some was missed. The hair is working so far so good for me. the thing I like about the deep body wave hair is that you can sweat it out and it still hold up well. I finally found some hair that has good quality and actually affordable price. I will defiantly return back. -Chantel.

i walked in a few weeks ago and they were pretty nice. the bundles were true to length and iv'e had my hair for about 9 1/2 months now and it is still holding up
