MY NAILS ARE THIN SHE USED A TOOL TO GET MY OTHER POLISH OFF INSTEAD OF SOAKING IT OFF (HAD SHELLAC NAILS) AND WHEN I WAS COMPLAINING SHE ASSURED ME SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.
