If I could give zero stars, I would! A simple (yet, expensive at $210!) Balayage appointment turned into a color-block appointment! During the consultation I expressed to Terry that I wanted her to create blond and light brown highlights. Instead my hair came out reddish/orange and brassy because Terry did not properly remove the color from my hair (as I was told later by the reputable hairdresser who corrected her mistakes!).
