Poor communication and unreliable booking. I tried to book a balayage and cut before leaving for college, but the experience was highly stressful and unprofessional. The stylist canceled my first appointment due to her daughter being sick, but didn't offer any alternative dates until I text her back to ask. When she finally offered a Monday slot, she gave it away because I didn't reply quickly enough—even though I had bypassed an opening at another salon to keep my commitment to her. Today was my first time getting my hair cut by Tasha; and after leaving I decided this is where I will go from now on. Tasha was awesome and made my hair look amazing! 100% recommend.
