Fraudulent charges-had to dispute with my credit card company. Never got my hair done. Stylist cancelled my appointment and charged my card for the full appointment amount, not even the cancel fee despite it being her that canceled the appointment last minute. This is clearly a typical practice assuming people don't look at their credit card transactions.
