I was recommended to Stephanie by a friend for extensions, at first she seemed sweet and transparent so I decided to order the hair extensions through her. The hair she orders is called bellami hair, I should’ve paid $200-300 at most for my hair, she charged me $695 just for the hair. Then she quoted me 215 for install and said she charged a base price plus per hour.
