Horrible drove 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment for nothing failed at the first step. Was simply giving me her address ts ridiculous (it is not the one on google), drove and walked around 3 times and was told I’ll send you my address twice and never received. Very unprofessional made me waste my time.
I have been going to Star for YEARS! I always LOVE my experience, she is very accommodating and has great customer service. She always manages to squeeze me in, get me right, and make me feel beautiful! I have not been to anyone else and do not plan on changing my stylist! Book Star if you want results! she never disappoints.

Star was polite, however my wig installation did not turn out as expected. While I don’t wear wigs often, I’m familiar with how a quality install should look, and this one fell short. The install didn’t last, and I removed it the next day. There may have been some miscommunication early on regarding Groupon acceptance, which could have affected the experience.
