Best haircut, best hairdresser, Sonja was great at giving me exactly what I wanted. The conversation with this great lady was such a boon to my day, I can't wait to go back for a trim!! Review edit: Disappointingly difficult to touch base for follow-ups, dropped to 3 stars as I've never made it back for a second trim.
Sonja V. Roy was able to see me within a day of looking for a salon, she was friendly and nailed the color and style I wanted. I had also mistakenly forgotten my glasses while in her chair she took time away from another customer & returned them to me at work. This was the 1st time I've ever dyed my do drastically and she did a dandy job absolutely loved it!!
Great experience
I have mixed feelings. About a year and a half ago I took my bf to get his dreads retwisted. To sum it up we had an amazing experience. Due to that I remembered this salon and wanted to get a perm. I contacted the person recommend and we discussed what I wanted and she eventually told me what I wanted was a style not a perm and that she couldn't help me.
