Shinobu is extremely skilled in all aspects of hair care. And very friendly and nice! I've been going to Shinobu since 2008 when she was at Kozo Salon; and when she left there, many of her other clients from there also followed her when she moved. She has many loyal (and very satisfied) clients. Shinobu is from Japan and went to school and trained there, so she is a highly skilled hair stylist from cutting, coloring, and Japanese Hair Straightening. She is very meticulous and doesn't rush.
