Paid $42.50 for two shampoos hair cuts and styles told saida we did not want more than a few layers cut only a few inches she then tried to scam me into paying $15 extra per person so $30 for longer hair even though very little was to be cut I said that doesn’t make sense she then told me to get a Groupon refund because that’s her policy. When I tried to call back after we left and ask for just two shampoos and styles she wouldn’t answer the phone I got scammed for the $42.50 because she won’t answer the phone.
Saida has been doing my hair for years and she always make sure I come out of the salon looking good. My hair looks so much healthier since she has been doing my hair. We also became good friends and she accomodates me and all of her clients even with short notice. I would recommend her all the time for all your hair need. Thank you Saida. You are the best. ❤️
Saida is amazing!!!! I have been coming to her for years and she makes my hair to look amazing. She is always kind, professional, and a wonderful person. I am so thankful for her services as I have been to many hairdressers but none have come close to as good as her services and my hair always looks fantastic. I recently had a truly disappointing experience at Hair by Saida. I went in with high hopes, but unfortunately, the results were far from what I expected. My haircut turned out completely uneven and made my hair look like a rooster’s crest. Despite my clear instructions, Saida seemed to ignore what I wanted and instead did her own thing.
