Booked an appointment on her website to get braids for Sunday at 2:30 pm. Today. I tried calling her number listed on Google to no avail. I hopped on Instagram and reached out. No response; see the attached. I get a text at 2:18PM, as I am turning into the plaza, telling there’s been a mixed in scheduling and if I can come at 5:00. No apology mind you. Cancelled an appointment 10minutes before schedule. No usual contact when you schedule on her website. Doesn’t answer the phone listed on Google. Doesn’t answer social media. Poor customer service. Poor communication skills Didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize for not being accountable.

Received my first cut with her and she did an amazing job. She listens to what you want and gives suggestions on what she thinks would look good on you. She genuinely cares about your hair and it shows!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had the most amazing experience with Sabrina! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Her sweet and personable demeanor put me at ease right away. Sabrina customized my lace front wig to perfection, from dying the hair and melting the lace, making it look just like my actual hair!
