Russell took on the challenge of cutting my stubborn 3-year-old son’s hair. Russell was so patient and understanding, even while my toddler was throwing a temper tantrum from h***. I will recommend Russell to everyone I know. We on the other hand will wait till my son is a little older before we go back. P.S. This was not my son's first haircut, he has been in some type of mood lately.

I have been going to Russell for about 4 years now. He always does a wonderful job with both cut and color. He does a great job listening to the client and making it a relaxing experience!

Well, I would have loved to use this business but the fact that they don’t even acknowledge the customer who is in the salon who has booked an appointment is not acceptable. My appointment was for a consult @12.30pm and I was there @12.20. I walked in and no one acknowledged that someone has come In especially Russell with whom I had the appointment. There is no seating available for the customers to wait and no one is bothered. I was standing there for almost 15 mins and I had no clue what to expect. There was another lady ... read more
