Renee was EXCELLENT. Kind and professional. I got an updo for a wedding I was attending and was so pleased with the service. When I arrived I realized I had forgotten my extensions at home and panicked. Renee took the time to calm me down and started styling my hair while my partner dropped off the extensions. I kept apologizing and she would not have it, "Crap happens and that's okay, you're here now so relax and enjoy getting ready."
