She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and even offered thoughtful suggestions that I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Rachel completely destroyed my hair. She claims to be a color and blonde expert. I had blonde hair, and in March I darkened it. I’ve let it grow out since then and I decided to go back to blonde. We had a conversation over the phone about this before I booked. When I came in, she assessed my hair and agreed that she could make me lighter. However, she did not even do a test strip but I deferred to her on that since she claims to be an expert.
