I found Rachel through a search on a local Facebook page. My old stylist closed her business and I am very particular about my blond color/ highlights. Rachel was WONDERFUL, and I absolutely love the tone and color of the baby lights she completed for me. She took her time, didn’t rush, and was as fun to talk to during the few hours it took to complete.
