Penny is absolutely amazing! I have thin hair to begin with, and after having heavy extensions for years in addition to aging, my hair was in dire need of help. Penny was kind enough to see me on a Sunday morning since we both had busy schedules. After discussing toppers and k-tips, I tried on some toppers and found one that was the perfect shade and amount of hair.
