Not only do I love the hair transformation Penny did for me. She truly is more than just a hairstylist she an artist and a very kind caring individual. She made me feel completely at ease and I’m ecstatic about my new look. I heard Penny was an Artist with hair and I finally was at the end of my rope with hair loss. After spending tons of money on treatments, shampoosa, pills and Lazer with no lasting results I knew it was time for a hair piece of some kind.
