Whatever you do don’t let Joan color your hair. I asked for thin natural DARK brown low lights. I TOLD HER 3 times before she mixed the color and once again emphatically after she mixed up medium and light brown . Someone asked her what color she was using and she said medium and light brown. So I turned to her and I said “You’re not using that on my head right?” She said,” well I thought it would look better.” I say ,” NO ! I don’t want that !
