This was the best experience I had in a shop in a very long time. From the moment I contacted Jay she was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. We spoke on the phone and she helped me pick out the right hair at the beauty supply store. She took the time to understand that I recently bleached my hair (impulsively) and needed a protective style ASAP as I had an upcoming vacation.
