I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly asked to maintain my length and wanted soft, blended layers. Instead, I was given uneven, choppy layers with no proper blending, especially in the front. I had been growing my hair for almost 2 years for a special occasion, and this haircut completely ruined that for me. I left the salon feeling extremely upset and in tears.
