Michelle has been my stylist for over 30 years. She’s an amazing stylist/colorist. She is patient, listens and will never rush you. I always receive so compliments on my hair thanks to Michelle’s magic touch!

Appointment booking took forever, incredibly unresponsive. After scheduling an appointment a month out, I drove 30 minutes to the appointment. Five minutes before we were scheduled, she messaged someone else working there (not me) that she was sick and could not make it. I appreciate Michelle listing herself on the Strands for Trans website, but this was an incredibly upsetting experience as a trans woman looking for her first hair cut after starting transition
