I would not return and would not recommend to anyone I know... a few weeks ago I purchased this Groupon as a gift to my teenage daughter for her birthday. My daughter was so excited to go and get a salon experience after sharing my own with her. I was the same age as my daughter when I went to the salon and it was a wonderful experience for me. I purchased a groupon which "SHOULD" cover the service requested; however in invisible ink she wanted an additional $20 just to book an appointment; she said she's too busy to accommodate groupons during the holiday seasons; I purchased because that is the amount of money I have to spend and she said to other people who do hair might not need a deposit and for me to get a refund if I cant spend the additional $20 on her deposit for appointments. she also said she doesn't work for groupon; that groupon works for her and also ... read more

Unfortunately Michelle was unresponsive and unwilling to book my hair appointment purchased by my work through Groupon. I lost out on a gift that I earned through my employer and was looking forward to having this service done. It’s a shame because I found her to be very unprofessional and show a complete disregard for customer care, both in her responses and in the long delay between the responses to me via text. Michelle was great!! I have had my hair done in the past a couple times, and it was never really what I envisioned my hair to look like, Michelle is a professional, she made me feel comfortable and I was very confident about the whole process. Check out her Groupon, she is very reasonable priced.. very Highly recommended!!!
