Great shop and services
If you get a Diva cut, or any curly hair cut, go to Lori! She was great!!!! I had a haircut that was not right for my hair; Lori quickly identified the issue and was able to correct another stylists error. My hair now looks great (not because of me, I can't fix hair!) and I have received many compliments. Their customer service is way beyond fantastic!!!!!!! I highly recommend going here!
Do NOT get a Diva cut!! The positives, first (since many more than negative): the staff were super friendly. There was a scheduling error and the staff went way above and beyond to make up for it! It was unexpected but super appreciated. The person who cut my hair gave me some good information about what was going on with my hair and some good tips to help. Amanda did an amazing job on my hair just love the way she does highlights. I was very happy when I left. She talked to me first and really listened to what I wanted. I was very impressed with that.
