I had every intention of becoming a regular customer, but unfortunately, I’ve decided not to. I booked a 4 PM appointment, yet when I arrived, Lorena had just started working on another client. Despite having scheduled a specific time slot, I waited for 30 minutes to give her a chance to finish. However, it became clear that she was only halfway through the other appointment. I ultimately had to leave, as I wouldn’t want my hair to be rushed. In the end, she wasted at least an hour of my time
Lorena did an amazing job with my color and cut! My hair looks vibrant and healthy. She’s professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend
I highly recommend Lorena! She gave me the exact hairstyle I wanted and made sure I was completely happy with the result. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also very personable and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. On top of that, the prices are very good for the quality of service you get. I will definitely be returning for my next cut and style!
