LenaAnn was rude, uninterested and dismissive of me. I found her to be the rudest and quite frankly worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I left there in tears and feeling self conscious about myself. A co-worker had to mention that she take a picture of my hair and put it up on her site at and she seemed so annoyed when doing it. I couldn't believe someone would be like that towards there client.
