Lauren was the first to professionally cut my hair EVER! I have always been resistant to change with everything (including my hair); yet, she was modest and slow about the whole process so that I wouldn't go into shock! I love the results!! What made the experience even better was that Lauren educated me on how to style and care for my new haircut, because I'm absolutely clueless. I left feeling confident in more ways than one!
