Kyler did amazing on my hair! She was super sweet and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience so comfortable, and I love how my hair turned out!
I can’t say it was the worst experience but definitely not the greatest… rescheduled my appointment twice, got there still had to wait about 15 mins because she had another client. After I got in her chair she had another client waiting on her. when in her seat she was a little rough but that’s not the issue. The issue is I asked for a trim & layers… I was not satisfied & yes I should have checked before I left but I could tell she was in a rush with me.
