I’m “new” to the area and don’t get my hair done as often as I should, so when it happens it comes with anxiety, especially when I don’t know the person. Kristen listened, advised and patiently walked me through every step and answered all my questions with confidence. I’m so happy not only with the outcome but with the whole process with her.
