I found Kim because she is the only stylist in Spokane offering Japanese thermal straightening. The results are absolutely life-changing! Kim did a wonderful job protecting my hair from damage in the process and thoroughly perfected every detail of her work. She is truly a master of her craft. :) Would highly recommend this service if you struggle with curly, frizzy hair as well. One thing to note, the address on Google has not updated to her new location, and she is actually at Blush salon on North Nevada Street.
