I conducted thorough research before getting a haircut because I visited this place based on Google Maps reviews. Unfortunately, my haircut experience was entirely different from the descriptions in those reviews. I have no objections to the pricing, but they did not provide the hair wash service included in the package. Instead, they straightened my hair with a flat iron before directly cutting it. I was in San Diego and needed my hair blow out for a wedding. I found Kim friendly. She asked me a lot of questions to make sure she did my hair the way I wanted it. My experience was OUTSTANDING, and if I was local I would go to Kim as my regular hair dresser.

I've been going to Kim for years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is so careful with my thin, brittle hair and gives me such natural highlights. I get the perfect cut for my face shape.
