I consistently have my best color ever from Kiley. I have been dying my hair blonde for years and it always felt like a hit or miss experience. When I go to Kiley I always leave feeling like I'm looking my best.
Liked her cut, then went for a color and highlight , $140. I let her know at that time it was to dark and I couldn't see any highlight, she told me to wash it a few times and let her know, I did, went back to her she washed it and said that was all she would do, if she did more she would charge me. Not ok.
