I went to Kenzie for the first time and explained, using photos the very light/silvery highlights I wanted. I already had blonde highlights but not the tone I wanted. I explained that I was very unhappy with the yellowish color. She did say tell me she may not get there the first time but if I didn’t like it she would be happy to have me back in to fix it. I recently went to Kenzie for a root melt/lowlight treatment, and I absolutely LOVE my hair! Kenzie took the time to listen to what I wanted and nailed it. I highly recommend Kenzie - she will have you feeling like a million bucks when you leave. Already looking forward to my next appointment :)
