There have been MANY times when I've also gone into the appointment not knowing exactly what I want to do with my hair. Kat will listen to you and take the time to guide you to the perfect cut, color, style, etc... I have been going to Kat for 5 years. She is amazing and I don't trust my hair with anyone else!
