Kacy is wonderful. He transformed my look. He knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered. I have been wanting to change my hair color for a long time but just didn’t know how it will look but he did an amazing job! Love the color! He sure knows his job very well and has tremendous experience. He is very professional and very pleasant at the same time. I sure will keep coming.

Disappointing experience. This was my second haircut with Kacy, and it will be my last. I explicitly asked him to keep my hair length at least touching my shoulders. Instead, he cut it way above my shoulders with minimal layers. His entire focus was on forcing a color service. I clearly told him at the start that I could not get color due to an ongoing 3-month scalp treatment. Despite this, he mixed the color anyway and tried to apply it.
