My name is Jessica. I go by JRo. I have over 14 years experience behind the chair. From root touch up to balayage to fantasy colors I can pretty much do it all. I try my best to make sure every client leaves my chair feeling satisfied and beautiful. I share a Salon suite with my friend and suite mate inside of Alyssa James Beauty Concepts at Hollywood Park. I have never been more disappointed in a human being than I’ve been with by Doug. A very long story for sure but know this…. He does not stand by his work. He’s old and doesn’t want to get his hands dirty. My problem could have been solved by him but he chose not to attempt because it would be arduous. Doug’s whole approach with me was inexcusable because he didn’t care and was cavalier about everything. I’ll roast before calling him again!
JRo used to be my go-to girl for whatever haircut or color/highlights I wanted, she's easy to talk to and gets what you ask for unless it's unreasonable she will let you know and explain what the best way to go is, so since she moved I haven't found someone else to replace her. Even though she's not here I appreciate her tips and advise she still gives us!

Been using JRo for years and have had highlights, baylayage, pink, brown, etc. She's very professional and always educates you on what's best for you hair on styling and products!
Jessica was extremely helpful in helping guide me as I was conflicted about what I wanted. She's was very professional. I settled on a balayage and LOVED IT!! She educated me on how to treat my hair to maintain the color and keep my hair healthy. She really took the time to make the experience a great one!!! BOOK HER you won't regret it!!!!!!
