I had a 2pm appointment with Jessica on Saturday - I was 2 mins late. I showed up and her door was closed and she had someone seated in her chair just starting to cut the clients already wet hair. I thought she might've been running behind? I sat in the chair next to her salon pod and waited...and waited... It's now 2:37 and she hasn't poked her head out to say hi, or apologize for running WAY late, whatever the case may be.
