Jacie knows how to do hair and she is very flexible when it comes to the time of an appointment as well … I’m not mad at her about the hair itself. I’m mad at her about her professionalism… She did not wash my hair or condition it. She quoted me $480 for color.. the color is great.. but the extensions that were put in but did not look good.. We tried to blend a pixie with Some Extensions and she ended up cutting them short and I needed to have them removed that night..
