I had extensions done by Inessa, and when I went in 2 months later to redo, she couldn’t get out the keratin and pulled out half of my hair. She’s dangerous because I had to cut what was my long hair to my shoulders since it looked ridiculous the way she left it. See after photos. She refused to trim my hair afterwards. I still have a bunch of Keratin in my hair and I can’t get it out. BEWARE!
