For every appointment she bumps the time later the day of the appointment. Yesterday was the same, plus I showed up to 2 ladies again of me, one still in foils. I asked how long my wait would be, Heather declared it would be 15 minutes even though she was still cutting 1 of 2 ladies' hair. As usual, she claimed she had some drama that morning and she has been behind all day. My appointment day should have been changed, instead of expecting me to wait 2 hours. She does good hair though.
