I have been either Fleur for 12 years following her from salon to salon. I drive 1 hour each way to see her. I do not let anyone else touch my hair ever. Every woman should feel what I feel after the appointment!

I came in for a perm. The first picture is what I asked for, and the rest is what I got. Last picture being my hair a month after the procedure. My hair was already damaged from bleach, and I let the stylist know, that if there’s a risk of further damage, I won’t do it! You still insisted that it was ok and did the perm. And afterwards you had the nerve to say that it “looks like the picture” and that it would “bounce back”.
