I came in for a perm. The first picture is what I asked for, and the rest is what I got. Last picture being my hair a month after the procedure. My hair was already damaged from bleach, and I let the stylist know, that if there’s a risk of further damage, I won’t do it! You still insisted that it was ok and did the perm. And afterwards you had the nerve to say that it “looks like the picture” and that it would “bounce back”. Apparently it’s nearly $300 to bleach my hair and a beauty cap isn’t part of the procedure, a roll of Saran Wrap is. I feel that was a bit tacky. Of course most hair has to be bleached if not already super blonde. I love my blue hair but I was originally quoted $155. You told me it would be more but didn’t realize it would be that much more. I had paid $100 in advance that the receptionist insisted. You were very nice. I had the best experience with hair by Fleur! I had found them off of Google and this was my first time going to a new stylist. I had explained that the last haircut I received caused a huge issue with my bangs being too short and my stylist was amazing at listening to what I needed and creating the best results with trying to grow them out while still wanting them styled. I will be coming back!
