Had a consultation scheduled on my only day off and was excited to see what they could do for me. Got a text an hour before saying stylist wasn’t feeling well and could I reschedule for tomorrow. Was not able to do that because I work and my work schedule varies so could not reschedule. Maybe if I had been given more notice or offered a different stylist for my appointment that I had scheduled it would have been more considerate.
