Beautiful salon...the staff are very nice ladies...and my hairdresser is the BOMB!! Thank u for always making yr customers feel so comfortable...and for always making me look like a whole different person each time I get my hair done!!
I went with Gabriela Pulido to get my hair extensions done. She was very nice but she looked very nervous while doing my hair. Also the same day my hair extensions started to fall out! It's only been 5 days and 14 hair extensions have fallen out. Not only are the falling out very quickly but they are also pulling out my real hair. She offered to fix them but who would go back to someone that messed up their hair already. I asked for a refund and she denied to give me anything.
