Awful customer service! Devin has demonstrated terrible character towards her clients. First of all, she cancelled my appointment with her 3 separate times over the course of a month. Each time she rescheduled and later ended up cancelling last minute again. Ok, things happen… Finally when I drove to our appointment, she intentionally refused to answer the phone or answer my questions through text regarding my appointment, leaving me on read. If you aren’t seeing Devin for all your hair needs you’re doing it wrong!!! Devin has been doing my hair for several years and I will not go to anyone else!!! She is a blonde hair goddess! She tames my postpartum baby hairs, makes my grey hair disappear and gives me a blonde no one would know wasn’t natural! ….and she looks cute too!
