Me and my son sat there for 30 minutes before we were even spoke to, then after 30 mins of waiting, one lady comes up and says we’re closed if you don’t have an appointment. It would have been nice and professional to greet us when we came in at least and told us that ahead of time. My son was very upset and said to give them 0 stars for poor communication and professionalism.
