Worst experience ever!!! I recommend not even trying to go there. I had the Keratin treatment, and I looked amazing once I left the salon. a couple washes later the hair was back to the regular frizz.. My friends - at least 4 are doing it @ other places… 2 with same texture as mine had it done beautifully... and when I called to consult with Hair by Design - they pretty much blew me off.
