She started doing my hair on time , which is a plus. However, she was really rough when washing my hair. She kept using her nails when scrubbing my scalp. I told her multiple times she was hurting me. She didn’t stop using her nails so my scalp hurts badly. She Got water all over me and my clothes. Left with hair dye on my face, clothes, and body. This wasn’t an enjoyable experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend. I really want to rate my service as one star, but this is the company’s first review.
