I always feel a bit apprehensive when I visit a new stylist. All of my concerns were addressed. Chandee took time to listen to the things that bug me about my hair and based on these frustrations, she made experienced suggestions as to the style that would work best for me. She then proceeded to work her magic to cut my hair precisely and beautifully! Great customer service and I am going to be scheduling appointments with Chandee during visits to the valley each winter. Susan
